ボルサ宮のすぐ近く、というかすぐ上にあります。ポルトの町を歩いて回るには、とてもいい場所にあります。リスボンのオリエンテ駅発の高速バスの停留所からも結構近い場所にあります。フロントのお兄さんの英語が流暢で、いろいろと町の見所をアドバイスしてもらいました。
フレンドリーな対応で、旅慣れた人には問題ない。市内の徒歩での観光には良い拠点。
