フロントのスタッフは明るく親切でした。 日本語は話してみませんでしたが、きれいな英語をとてもスムーズに早口ではありましたが聞き取りやすい発音で話していました。 ポーターはチップを渡すタイミングを見つけられないほどすばやく部屋を出ていきました。 お部屋は、シンプルで明るい感じです。 設備はとても充実していました。 5.1chのステレオシステムがあり、手持ちのDVDもそのシステムで楽しめます。 もちろん、ipod等の音楽再生プレーヤーも5.1chで楽しめます。 インターネットは無線もあります。利用は無料でした。 PCとTVを繋ぐ端子もあり、PCの画面をTVの大画面でも見る事が出来ました。 また、モノクロではありましたが、プリンターも部屋の備品としてありました。カラーでのプリントアウトの必要な時はフロントでできるそうです。 重厚さや高級さはだいぶ物足りない気がしますが、設備に関しては、私が宿泊したホテルの中でも上位です。価格とのバランスを考えると、大変満足するホテルだと思います。
とても良かったです。スタイリッシュでお洒落なホテルでした。 スタッフも感じが良く、部屋も家具もお風呂も朝食も全て満点！ 悪いところを強いてあげるなら、エレベータがすぐに来ないところぐらいでした。 このホテルに泊まりにまた台中に行きたいです。

おしゃれでとてもステキなホテルでした。 スタッフは、みなさん気さくで親切でした。 朝食は、和・洋・中とメニューが多く、パンだけでも１０種類以上、いろいろなチーズも楽しめました。 とても居心地が良くチェックアウトしたくなかったです。 このホテルに泊まる為にまた台湾を訪れると思います。 駅から距離があるので、シャトルバスがあれば・・・気が付かなかっただけで あったのでしょうか？
近代的なビルの高層部位置していて、見晴らしもよく快適でした。 部屋も、館内各所も清潔で申し分ありません。シャトルバスが無く、 台中の高鉄（新幹線）駅まではタクシー利用でしたが、ホテルでは割引券を くれました。 サウナはありませんでしたが、ジムも使いやすく良かったです。
全員、親切でとても清潔、とてもすばらしいホテル。 テレビもでかくて、楽しめる。
