設備が古い。部屋は広いが、暗い。２名ツインを依頼したが、セミダブルと簡易ベッドでの取扱いであった。駐車代は宿泊者レートの１泊１０ドル以下で良心的。
古いホテルだとと感じていました。そろそろ改造すればどうでしょうか。。

かなり古めのホテルだったので、部屋の匂いやバスルームなどある程度の設備の老朽化（使用に困るというものではなかった）は仕方がないと思います。市内中心部に位置しているので、食事や買い物にも便利で、駅や予約してあったツアーの集合場所にも近く、価格的にも納得できるものでした。
ピアストリートとの交差点に現地ツアーを扱う旅行会社があります。ツアーバスの発着地がホテルの隣にあるので、バスツアーに参加するには一番便利な場所にあります。買物もヘイ・ストリートモールまで５分程度で行けてとても便利です。部屋は拾いですが清潔とは言えず、髪の毛が落ちていたり、ゴキブリを見かけたりしましたので、スリッパ持参が良いと思います。立地と価格を考えると、また泊っても良いと思います。
他のホテルと比べると設備は古くて、3台中1台のエレベーターは動いていなかったが、全ての設備は完備されていて不自由な点はなく、また市の中心にありパースからのツアーの出発地点に近接している点が特によい。 価格が安いのでお勧めのホテルです。
ロケーションは最高に便利。Cityまで近いし駅にも近い。ドライヤーがあれが完璧。 部屋が広いのでゆったりできる。 ルームメイクも綺麗にやってくれて、快適に過ごせました。
テレビが古いくらいで問題なし。アクセスが良いので、思ったよりアクティブに行動できました。
