とても良いホテルです。日本語が通じます。荷物預かりもできます。従業員は皆親切です。運がよければマネージャーに食事連れて行ってもらえます。
日本語を理解するスタッフの存在は、外国語の不得意な人間にはありがたいし安心感も持てる。但し、日本語スタッフがフロントに常駐しているわけではないので、注意が必要。また、立地も狭い道の前でわかりにくい点には留意しておきたい。

とてもきれいなホテルでした。ホテルのスタッフも親切で丁寧な方ばかりで、とても安心して過ごせました。 ただ、日本語が話せるスタッフがいる、とのことだったのですが、常駐しているわけではなかったようで、私がチェックインした時にはいらっしゃらなかった点が少し残念でした。
旧市街に位置します。改装中のハンザ市場は徒歩５分、大教会もホアンキエムも７分以内と大変便利です。ブンチャーで有名なダックキムは３０秒です。ブンボーナンボー、フォーのリーコックスーなども５分以内にありB級グルメファンには食も満足です。私が泊まったときはゲストが少なかったのでロビーなど寂しい感じでしたがフロントではおいしい店を教えてくれたり声をかけてくれたり、また混雑していなかったためでしょうけどスタンダードルームをかなり広い３ベッドルームにアップしてくれたりしました。また朝食はベトナム食選べば近隣のおいしいフォーやブンの店へ取りに行ってくれて大変おいしくいただけます。客室やロビーはちょっと古びてはいますがまた泊りたいと思います。ちなみに日本語はフロント担当により話せるひとと話せない人がいます。基本は英語ですね。
トラブルが多いベトナムで宿泊するには、日本人が経営するホテルという安心感は何物にも代え難いものです。スタッフの質も高く、この値段で日本人がストレスなく泊まれるところは、ベトナムには他にあまりないのではと思います。オーナーが日本人で他の宿泊客も日本人が多いので、ベトナムについての情報収集にも最適です。いろいろと教えてもらったり助けてもらったりもしたので、Little Hanoi DXを選んでホントに良かったです。ありがとうございました！！
いつでも日本語の分かる方がいらっしゃるのかと思っていたら、時間帯によってはいらっしゃらず、英語の話せない私は、ルー語で訴えることになりました。それでも分かろうと努力してくださるので、何とか通じたようです。あとで心配になり、日本人に確認して戴きましたが大丈夫だったようです。 一流ホテルでもちょっとした小物がなくなるとのことでしたが、出しっぱなしにしたものが安物だったせいか、紛失したことは一度もありませんでした。一人旅だったので、観光から帰ってきて誰かに話したい！と思ったときに、言葉を気にすることなく聞いて戴けたのは嬉しく、またお世話になりたいなと思いました。
