ハノイ駅に近く分かりやすかった。 フロントの方はフレンドリーで、何でも相談すれば教えてくれます。
値段はたいへん安かったのに、ADSLが無料でついていたりウェルカムフルーツがあったりで満足です。清潔感もポイント。フロントの対応も、昼の女性、夜中の男性ともに親切で好印象でした。 よくなかった点はエレベータがなかったこと。４階の部屋なのでしんどかったです。

最初に通された部屋は窓なし。そこで前の道に面した一番高い部屋に移りました（３８ドル）。ところがいずれはやむと思っていた車の騒音は一晩中続き、ほとんど眠れませんでした。翌日から一番裏の部屋（ほとんど意味のない窓付き）に移りました（２５ドル）。この部屋は騒音もほとんど聞こえませんでした。清潔さ、設備（インターネット接続可能）、サービス（受付は親切でした）、朝食のバイキングなどは満足できるものでした。支払いの際、「予約の内容を変更した」という理由で、予約金のうち、半分の５ドルしか認められなかったのは、ちょっとひっかかりましたが。
宿泊手続きがかなり適当。オプションツアーの勧誘も行ってくるので断るならしっかりと。 設備などは及第点。
ネット上の情報が乏しく不安でしたが、料金の割に設備もよく快適なホテルでした。室内にエアコンも冷蔵庫もテレビもあります。歯ブラシやシャンプーもありました。空港～ホテルまでの送迎をメールでお願いしました。確認メールもきちんと届き、約束通りの時間にきてくれました（片道US$10）朝食付きで、パン、春巻きや卵料理など日本人の口にあうおかず、日によっておかゆ（またはチャーハン）、ヨーグルトやフルーツもあり、大満足でした。（朝食は７時～１０時）日本語フォントはありませんが、無料でインターネットができるパソコンが３台ありました。ツアーデスクもあり、ハロン湾ツアー（英語ガイド）を申し込みました。スタッフも親切で、贅沢をしなくていいのならおすすめのホテルです。
