チェックインの手順:いかなる変更、キャンセルも受け付けておりません。 ホテルのチェックインは午後２時から。この時間より早くお着きのお客様のために受付でお荷物のお預かりもしております。
駐車場:駐車代行サービス付き駐車場1晩26ドル。１室につき車1台まで。何回でも出し入れいただけます。近くの Mirvac Public car parkも有料でご利用いただけます（料金は１時間単位）。

かなり良かったです。チェックイン時にボーイさんが荷物をもってくれたり、タクシーの手配も迅速にやってくれました。レセプションも２４時間openしていたので安心でした。
ロケーションと設備はよく、オペラハウスを臨むハーバービューは最高。また、ロックス、サーキュラーキーが目の前なので、観光にも便利。シティーレールを使えばシドニー市内の観光には不便はないです。部屋も十分広く、アイロンをはじめ洗濯機やキッチンが部屋にあるので、長期滞在でも充分対応できます。ただし備え付けの飲食物は、めちゃ高いです。
